The correct answer is option B, Honey

Honey is a liquid and all atoms in a liquid have the ability to roll on the top of each other due to which a liquid flows. The ability of a liquid to restrict this flow is called viscosity. A liquid like water has very low viscosity while dense fluids like honey and mercury have high viscosity. The liquids in which molecules are of polar nature have the ability of forming hydrogen bond and thus they owe their viscosity to the H-bonds. Honey is a good example of liquids having high viscosity due to H-bonding.

The correct answer is - honey.

The honey doesn't have atomic structure as strong as the ice, wood, or cotton. The atomic structure of the honey is weaker, and that can easily be noticed in its properties. Unlike the other three mentioned, the honey is can change its shape in accordance to the container in which it is, or the surface on which it is put. Also, it acts like a liquid, and has a viscous state of matter, meaning it acts like the liquids but it moves much slower.
