    Oxygen concentration is water is much lower in water than in air. Air contains 21% of oxygen and water contains ten molecules of oxygen per million of water.

    Explanation:

    The oxygen dissolved in water is not needed by aquatic organisms. Although, oxygen in air is excessively important for respiration.
