A researcher wants to film the movement of chromosomes during cell division. which type of microscope should she choose and why is it the best choice?

    The answer would be light microscope, because the specimen is alive

    Microscope with lowest magnifying power should be light microscope. Eventough the electron microscope have a much higher magnifying power, it could not be used to observe a living cell. Light microscope just using light, so it will be better in this case. The magnifying power of light microscope is also enough to observe the cell.
