Three similarities between a Prokaryote and Eukaryotic cell is the fact that they are both two basic types of cells, they have similar structure appearing round even though Eukaryotic cells tend to be larger, and both eukaryotes and prokaryotes have ribosomes which are used for translation of RNA into proteins. Eukaryotes and prokaryotes can both perform transport, DNA replication, transcription, translation, and movement.
