    I believe the answer is Give a "catch-up" dose of varicella vaccine

    The patient is under corticosteroid (prednisone) treatment which temporary suppress the immune system. When immune system suppressed, some dormant pathogen like varicella might awake and cause reinfection. The prednisone should be continued because it will relieve the SLE symptoms.
