Eukaryotes are the organism that posses the nucleus in their cell which is the main difference, that gives these cells its name, which is a lack in the prokaryote organisms.

Their many other differences also present that distinct both types of organisms. Eukaryotes contain double membrane-bound organelles such as endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus, mitochondria, chloroplasts etc. Eukaryotic cells have 80s ribosome which different in the prokaryotes and other differences.
