    Yes, biotic and abiotic elements are present in the ocean ecosystem.

    Explanation:

    In each and every ecosystem, both biotic and abiotic elements are present. Without abiotic elements, the biotic element is unable to survive. The biotic elements of ocean water ecosystem are plants and all animals while the abiotic elements are water, sunlight, oxygen and carbondioxide. In the absence of abiotic elements, biotic elements die.
