    Piriformis

    Explanation:

my best answer would be Piriformis b/c some of the symptoms of this are : pain, numbness in the buttocks and down the leg can can led to this to worsen after sitting for a long time, walking etc. And since the skater didn't start to experience Piriformis syndrome then that is what made his situation worser
