Light independent reaction occur in the stroma of choloroplast. Glycolysis takes place in the cytoplasm. Kreb cycle occur in mitochondrial matrix. The electron transport chain occurs across the inner membrane of the mitochondria. The total number of ATP molecules are produced by glycolysis and the Krebs cycle combined are four. The electron transport chain produces 34 ATP.
