    DNAse 1 hypersensitive region are regions on the chromatin that are free from nucleosomes and become accessible for transcriptional activity but they become susceptible to degradation by DNase 1. they are activated alongside histone acetylase transferases (HATs). They are usually found ahead of the promoter sequences. This HATs are enzymes that functions in histone modification by activating the tail ends of some of the histones octamers enhancing their unwounding from the DNA to make the DNA accessible to transcriptional activity.
