Cystic Fibrosis is an autosomal recessive disorder. Explain how it is possible that two parents that do not have this disorder can have a child that does.

    Since one of two (or both) parents carry the CF gene found in chromosome 7, that can therefore leave the child suffering from Cystic Fibrosis.
