How the time delay in recognition of diseases can result in widespread secondary exposure to others including doctors and health staff.

    If you aren't able to recognize your diseases, that can cause the disease to grow into a more powerful illness. For it to become a widespread disease, it would need to be contagious, which you wouldn't know that it is immediately. Health staff and doctors put themselves at risks each day from these kinds of diseases, ones they know about and ones they do not know about.
