The right option is; B. It was produced through sexual reproduction.

What can be known about the offspring is that it was produced through sexual reproduction.

Sexual reproduction is the process in which the genetic material from two parents is combined to produce offspring that are genetically diverse and different from their parents. The genetic material from the two parents is usually from two gametes (sperm and eggs). The two gametes combine together to form a zygote which takes half of its genetic material (DNA) from each of its parents. A zygote has 46 chromosomes in humans. It obtains 23 from its father and 23 from its mother. The joining together of the chromosomes forms an offspring that is genetically distinct from the parents.
