Is a beaker or a net more useful for making observations about animals living in a stream

    A beaker is usually used in a lab where chemicals or liquids can be measured and safely observed. A net can safely capture an animal and keep it in a contained area to make observations on the spot. For example, a fish can be safely caught with a net.
