    B. Being new to the country, it is safer for Sarah to take precautions until she gets acclimated

I believe this is the answer as the other answers take too many assumptions as the question doesn't explicitely state that Sarah has skin problems.

    Answer: Option B

    Explanation:

When the place change then the body first needs to acclimatize in the new climatic conditions. The sin is the outer layer of the body and is very prone to infections.

If a person is emigrating from one place to another like here Sarah is changing the place from United states to Australia, then extra care of the skin should be taken until she gets acclimated in the new country. It is always good to take precautions so that there is no requirement of the treatment.
