Can all energy be recycled?

1) yes, because energy cannot be destroyed

2) yes, because each energy conversion process is recycled energy

3) no, because the energy released from fuels loses its ability to perform work with each energy conversion

    3 because if energy could be recycled, then glabal warming would be solved.
