Explain how a person can be a carrier for a particular disease and yet not have the disease. Is this true for all people who are carriers?

    Hi,

    so a person can be a carrier of a disease but not have it, and no its not true for all carriers some carriers may not have that disease at that moment but can catch it later on in life.
