    Hypothesis-Its a statement which we propose to explain any phenomena or theory.

    The testable hypothesis could be-

    The growth of the tulips could be affected by availability of water or nutrients in the soil.

    Prediction-

    If there is lack of water or nutrients, then by adding fertilizers and water, the tulips will flower within few days.
