Use the word origins to explain the diets of each of the following consumers: herbivores,

carnivores, and omnivores.

Herbivores: Herbivores are the organisms which feed on producers i. e. plants and takes energy from it. For example, deer, sheep and cow etc.

Carnivores: Those organisms which feed on other animals such as herbivores. They feed only on meat. For example, lion, tiger and leopard etc.

Omnivores: Those organisms which feed on both plants and animals for the uptake of energy. For example, humans and bear etc
