What would occur if the muscle tissue failed within a damaged blood vessel?

Vascular spasm would not occur, resulting in excessive blood loss.

Coagulation would not occur, preventing fibrin formation.

Platelet aggregation would not occur, preventing plug formation.

Endothelial cell division would not occur, preventing wound healing.

    Due to situation given above I think the most suitable answer is the first one " Vascular spasm would not occur, resulting in excessive blood loss." But I think that also could be another one that wasn't mentioned here.
