    Let us take logic into consideration although it is not so obvious.

    The answer is A, because they have actually adapted. It is less likely to be B, because they cant mimic other species.

    Now of course C and D are out:

    reason being is that there must be variations in the bacteria population and antibiotics are never made differently.
