Mining impacts the enviroment in many different ways. first off, it destroys the enviroment around it to make room for the incredibly oversized rigs that are used, and the amount of waste produced by the manufacturing and refining process generally harms the enviroment as well. slso alot of the noise produced from the rigs tends to scare off alot of the local wildlife.
