The largest percentage of the Alcohol that a person consumes is absorbed by the small intestine which is about 70-80% whereas 10-20% is absorbed in the stomach depending on how much food there is in it.

Around 70-80% of alcohol is efficiently absorbed by the small intestine due to its big surface area. However, alcohol is also absorbed by all parts of the gastrointestinal tract.
