    The correct answer is B. 12.

    The difference between the death rate plus the birth rate is 15-5 = 10.

    The difference of emigration from immigration is 4 - 2 = 2.

    Therefore to get the population of cheetahs we add what we get in the birth rate and death rate plus emigration and immigration.

    which is 10 + 2 = 12.

    The population for cheetahs is 12.
