How do Multiple alleles and polygenic traits differ?

    Multiple alleles: more than two alleles. Polygenic traits: phenotype rely on alleles from different genes. The difference is that multiple alleles = genes with 3 or more alleles; polygenic traits do not necessarily have more alleles, but they need multiple genes.
