Ribosomes and mitochondria are responsible for the production of new molecules which are within a cell.

Mitochondria is termed as organelle which is found in the cytoplasm and not in the nucleus. It is through mitochondria where most cells supply adenosine triphosphate and are used as a source of energy.

The main functions of the mitochondria are that they supply cellular energy and involved in cellular differentiation, cell death, and signaling.

Ribosomes are the molecular machine which is found in the cell and serves as the site of biological protein synthesis. They link amino acids by the order which is specified by mRNA.
