Describe the origin of each strand of the new double helices created after DNA replication

    Ok, you know that when DNA molecule is replicated it forms another one which is identical, to the parent strand right? so when the DNA molecule replicates these two strands seperate so each is exposed to the nucleoplasm the left strand then attracts its complementary bases from the nucleoplasm and that happens with the right strand. as a result there is now 2 DNA molecules so to nswer your question, the daughter strand is formed from one parent strand the other strand from the nucleotides found in the nuceloplasm
