    In general, the most photosynthetic cells in plants are found in the leaves, but specifically, mesophyll cells. Green leaves contain chloroplast wherein it contains the photosynthetic pigment chlorophyll that is responsible in the process of photosynthesis by capturing the energy from the sun and converts it to energy.
