The main Difference between prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells are that Prokaryotes do not have a membrane bound Nucleus and or membrane bound organelles. Their DNA is stored in the cytoplasm of the cell. Eukaryotes do have membrane bounded organelles and are much more complex than Prokaryotes.
