What occurs during the g1 phase (gap phase 1) of interphase.?

    The g1 phase of interphase marks the primary growth period of the cell. This is the phase in which it's organelles become fully formed after branching off from the other daughter cell during cytokinesis, as well as performing the function that cell was intended for (like with the rest of interphase)
