The first integer as given in the question = m

    Then

The second integer as described in the question = m + 3

    Then the equation will be

    m (m + 3) = 108

The correct option is option "A".

Now let us solve for "m"

    m^2 + 3m - 108 = 0

    m^2 + 12m - 9m - 108 = 0

    m (m + 12) - 9 (m + 12) = 0

    (m + 12) (m - 9) = 0

So the value of "m" is - 12 and 9.
