    If you have 3 cells undergo meiosis, this would be a case that rarely happens. Normally cells doing undergo this unless they are a watermelon or some type of fruit. For Humans this could be a genetic disorder like Downsyndrome. Have 3 cells undergo meiosis is 3n. Having one cell undergo meiosis is 4 haploid cells. Now, you have 3n just plug in the number 4 where n is at (3 (4) = 12) and your answer should be 12 haploid cells that are being produced.
