Spinal nerves are the nerves in the spine that send impulses and signals that control movement in the muscles associated with the corresponding spinal nerves

They are mixed signals between the spinal cord and the body. There are 30 or 31 nerves in the body I think, one for each vertebral column. In other words, they are what you use to sense or feel stuff that causes reaction.
