One parent is heterozygous for recessive genetic disorder and the other parent is homozygous for the dominant allele determine if their offspring are likely to express the recessive trait

    I'm pretty sure the offspring is not likely to express the recessive trait because the homozygous dominant allele usually overcomes any heterozygous recessive trait.
