    Bacteria, commonly found in yogurts and cheeses (blue cheese, aged cheese) it is however a good bacteria in food the bacterias being (Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus). It causes the milk to curdle and the yogurt and cheese to be produced.
