    A prokaryotic cell has the following features;

    -It has circular DNA

    -Its organells are not bounded by membrane

    -It does not have mitochondria

    Explanation:

    Prokaryotes are undeveloped cells and their DNA is not enclosed within chromosomes and are naked and circular.

    Similarly, they do not have many organelles and non are bounded by double membrane and compartmentalisation is not prioritised.

    Prokaryotes usually are not metabolically active so do not have mitochondria. Also they have smaller sized ribosomes (20nm)

    They do not have endoplasmic reticulum also.
