    I believe it's called a sex-linked trait, if I'm remembering correctly. This is because men do not have an X chromosome, therefore it would be linked to females.

    It would be C, sex-linked chromosome. Men have xy chromosomes and women have xx chromosomes, therefore the father determines the sex of the baby. So, it would be linked to the gender, or sex, of the offspring, aka the sex-linked trait.
