What happens if you place human red blood cells in a concentrated salt solution

    Think of it this way: Pretzels have salt, right? So after you eat a pretzel, you will most likely be thirsty afterwards. This is because salt absorbs moisture. So the best answer would be choice 'a'. If you take a look at onion skin through a microscope, you will see the cells looking 'healthy' and 'plump'. But once you add a salt solution to the cells, they shrivel up and look 'unhealthy' and wrinkly. As said before, I believe a would be the best answer.
