Puffer fish poison blocks voltage-gated sodium channels like a cork. what effect would this neurotoxin have on the function of neurons?

    There are a lot of effects that could happen to the function of the neurons when the neuro toxin have conducted the change. Would be unable to generate action potentials are the axons. Also the axon potentials would have a shortage in repolarization phase. So it can actually be shorter than usual.
