Im afraid the answer is no there is a chemical in turtles saliva that does not allow you to physically drink orange juice if you do you will die.

Its commonly told for you not to drink orange juice after being bitten. but in truth i don't see how orange juice will cause the venom to send you into a comma. but when i was eight i was bitten repediatly and I've drank orange juice a lot. and i haven't been in any commas. but also turtles do not have teeth or fangs so they cannot inject any venom into the bloodstream
