Describe the lytic cycle.

    I do know some things about it, but not much.

    A phage infects a specific type of cell.

    It then somehow hacks into the host DNA, programming it to replicate the phage.

    The phage replicates into many more phages.

    The call is destroyed, eventually freeing the phage to attack more cells-ish
