Chromosomes in total in a cell?

    There is 23 pairs of chromosomes in a cell. There is 46 individual chromosomes in a cell. 22 of these pairs are autosomes. They look the same in, both, male and female. The 23rd pair is the only sex chromosome, their looks differ in male and females.
