Explain why the population of trout might increase if the population of frogs decreased

If this question has the same illustration as to the other ones posted before, well, here is a brief explanation why the population of trout might increase if the population of frogs decreased.

Trout is a fish living in freshwater. When trout lay eggs, eventually adult frogs (amphibians) will take them as their food. If there are frogs living in the freshwater where trouts live, then trout wont be able to breed fingerlings. Therefore, if the population of frogs decrease, population of trouts increase.
