The galaxies closer to earth would be older than earth, galaxies close to earth would be about the same age as the Milky Way which is much older than the earth. The earth did not form at the same time as the Milky Way was formed

Galaxies closer to Earth are older than the Earth. They may have started forming at the same time but the Earth formed a planetary form over a very long period of time.
