The option which is not a type of synovial joint in the human body is B. stirrup. All of the other choices, pivot, hinge, and gliding, are types of synovial joints, whereas a stirrup is not. A synovial joint allows for movement, whereas a stirrup is a bone in your ear that brings vibrations into the inner ear. So obviously, it has nothing to do with joints or movement.
