    Plants - They can reproduce both sexually and asexually, and can reproduce with only 1 parent.

    Animals - They can reproduce sexually, and must have a male and a female of (around) the same species.

    Cell Structure:

    Plants - They have elongated cells with cell walls

    Animals - They have more circular cells with no cell walls
