When has an organism evolved enough to be called a new species?

    Perhaps when the older species becomes less adapted to their surroundings. Such as when the Homo Sapiens where introduced into their lesser evolved kin the Neanderthals. The Neanderthals where almost instantly killed off because Homo Sapiens where more evolved and knew different strategies.
