    As soon as RNA polymerase completes production of one mRNA from DNA, it is stalled into the same initiating position to synthesize another strand of mRNA from the same strand of template DNA. In eukaryotes, transcription take place in the nucleus. DNA does not contain introns, introns are present in mRNA. RNA editing removes the introns from pre-mRNA and allows exons to remain. Hence, all other options are incorrect
