    C. ATP

Glycogen is the storage form of sugar in body. For muscles to move, glycogen is converted into glucose or simple sugar, as it can be easily oxidized to release energy required for the muscles to move. Being simple, sugar is readily broken down to release energy. However, this energy is released in the form of ATP, small packets of energy. Hence, ATP act as the final energy reservoir for muscles to move.
