    The probem with drinking too much water is the imbalance that can cause in your body. The imbalance is called water intoxcation which can kill you. Have in mind that the electrolytes are crucial for keeping your body’s fluid levels balanced, but your body also needs them for proper pH and for proper organ and muscle function. Is important to note that e xcess water in your brain causes cerebral edema that is also called brain swelling. That ceases vital bodily functions, including breathing and muscle control.
